Unwrap the magic of the season with an exclusive, private tour before the Akron Zoo opens its gates to the public! The Santa Express Tour will get you into the holiday spirit, culminating in a special, private 15 minute meet-and-greet with the man in the big red suit himself!

The tour includes:

  • A 45 minute staff-led golf cart tour before the zoo is open to other guests
  • Admission to Wild Lights for all tour guests
  • Meet and greets with Santa before Santa Land is open to other guests
  • A complimentary holiday light-up necklace
  • Complimentary s'mores vouchers to make a tasty treat and hot cocoa!

  • Akron Zoo Member: $300 per tour
  • Non-Member: $325 per tour

Wild Lights Safari Tours

Step into a realm of holiday enchantment with our Wild Lights Safari Tour! This exclusive adventure invites you to bask in the magic of the season as an Educational-Elf guides you through a winter wonderland of twinkling lights. 

The tour includes:

  • A 45 minute education-led golf cart tour of the Akron Zoo (with limited walking through some sections)
  • Admission to Wild Lights for all tour guests
  • A complimentary holiday light-up necklace
  • Complimentary s'mores vouchers to make a tasty treat
  • Fun and educational animal stories!

Prices

  • Akron Zoo Member: $250 per tour
  • Non-Member: $275 per tour

Additional Information

  • Safari Tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Only one tour is available per time slot per day.
  • Each tour includes up to five guests due to golf cart seating capabilities.
  • Limited walking through some sections of the park will be required.
  • Some sections of the park cannot be accessed by golf cart and will not be included in the tour, such as Legends of the Wild and Komodo Kingdom. These sections can be visited before or after your Safari Tour.
  • ADA-accessible golf cart tours are available by request on a first-come, first-served basis.
