With the Akron Zoo's new e-commerce site, all guests, including Akron Zoo members, will need to create a new online account. This will offer a better ticketing experience, with new features previously not available, such as account information, order history and the ability to access purchased tickets!
How To Create a New Account
- Click link below.
- Select 'Create New Account.'
- Enter your name, email and phone number.
*If you are an Akron Zoo member, you must enter the same information reflected on your membership. - Verify your account via email or text by entering the code.
- Enter password
Akron Zoo Members
Akron Zoo members must create a new online account in order to receive member pricing.
After creating your account, click your name in the top right corner and select “Profile.” Select the membership tab (third tab from left with driver's license icon.). If your membership linked correctly, you should see your member information.
